The Experiential Specialist is responsible for the therapeutic and recreational activities of residential residents at Eagle Village. Will utilize specialized activities and daily recreational events to influence youth and families to improve their relationships with their families, community and personal physical and mental wellness. In addition, the Experiential Specialist will assist with Challenge Weekends, Camps and Retreats as directed. Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist preferred.

Be 21 or older
A Bachelor’s Degree in the human service field and/or Outdoor Education or Recreation (or related field) from an accredited college or university with one year of experience in experiential work and/or leading outdoor adventure education activities, i.e., ropes/towers/challenge courses, and teambuilding activities required.
In-depth Eagle Village employee training in trauma informed care, crisis intervention, behavioral management, and verbal intervention is required upon employment.
