What to Expect?
Families are asked to arrive at 8:30 am and the day lasts until approximately 4 pm. Due to this long day, Eagle Village provides a continental style breakfast, lunch and beverages to help throughout the day. This is an intensive day due to the extensive process. Our team prides itself in making this experience as friendly and as
comfortable as possible.

Assessment Referral and Cost
This full trauma assessment lasts approximately 7 hours during a 1-day period with additional assessment day work done by the team. Eagle Village has a contract with the Department of Health and Human Services to provide this service. We also provide private referral assessments.
