RESPITE AND INTERVENTION PROGRAMS

Each family has different needs. Some families need a shift in their dynamics. Some need a short break from each other. We can help with both.

Depending on your situation, you may qualify for scholarships. We offer Youth-In-Transition funds, or Adoption Subsidy to help cover the costs of these programs. Call 231-832-2234 for more information.

Our Weekend Youth Challenge Programs provide respite and therapeutic camp programs for youth ages 8 to 16, and their families. These programs provide positive experiences that give youth opportunities to experience success, build positive relationships with supportive adult mentors, and develop skills to strengthen resiliency.

Currently, we will only be offering a day program once a month through the fall and will post a schedule for winter months soon. Youth may register and participate in all programs or just a few. The cost for this program is $100 per youth for a day program and $150 per family for the December day program.

Drop-off will be from 10:00 – 10:30 am and pick-up will be from 6:30 – 7:00 pm on Saturday. All lunches and dinners will be provided by Eagle Village. Check-in will take place at the Hillier Conference Center.

Please note, we are welcoming families to join us in December. The cost for this is $150 per family and only applies to the December program. If a youth would like to participate in December, but not bring their family, they are welcome to do so at the regular rate of $100 per youth.
