RESPITE AND INTERVENTION PROGRAMS

Each family has different needs. Some families need a shift in their dynamics. Some need a short break from each other. We can help with both.

Depending on your situation, you may qualify for scholarships. We offer Youth-In-Transition funds, or Adoption Subsidy to help cover the costs of these programs. Call 231-832-2234 for more information.

Our Weekend Youth Challenge Programs provide respite and therapeutic camp programs for youth ages 9 to 17, and their families. These programs provide positive experiences that give youth opportunities to experience success, build positive relationships with supportive adult mentors, and develop skills to strengthen resiliency.

We offer our overnight weekend program once a month throughout the fall and spring. Youth may register and participate in all programs or just a few. The cost for this program is $165 per youth for the overnight program and an additional $65 for partial day 1:1 staffing, or $95 for full day 1:1 staffing.

Drop-off will be from 7:00 – 7:30 pm on Friday, and pick-up will be on Saturday beginning at 6:15pm, with closing ceremonies from 6:30-7:00 pm. All meals will be provided by Eagle Village. Family members are invited to join for dinner on day of pick-up (Saturday). Check-in and pick-up will take place at the Camp and Retreat Center (check your registration confirmation email for specific location, which varies by month).
