The Program Specialist position is the lead programmer and facilitator for summer camp and year-round weekend camps that serve a special population of campers and is the primary contact with the client during the duration of their stay at the CRC. Should be friendly, efficient, polite individual who is able to meet all the needs of the client with a superior customer service attitude. Will assist with the recruitment and cultivation of campers and outside groups. Will design and implement and staff summer camp programs and challenge weekends. Will assist with serving guest groups and marketing of the Camp and Retreat Center.

Brief Description of Any Preferences
A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 1 year of camp experience is required. Knowledge of camp licensing requirements is preferred.
