The Residential Case Manager assists with therapeutic treatment through the principles of Family Systems Theory, Experiential Therapy, and best practices of case management for residential youth, their families, and referring agencies. The Residential Case Manager may be assigned casework for residents outside of their appointed house(s) based on needs of youth and/or Eagle Village. Collaborates closely with the Family Therapist, Experiential Therapist and the Quality Care Supervisor to accomplish the mission and vision of Eagle Village.

Brief Description on Any Preferences
Bachelor’s Degree required. One year related experience preferred. Must have knowledge, experience, and skills in working with children and families who have experienced trauma; be of good moral character; and able to type fluently with knowledge of general Microsoft programs.
