Eagle Village exists for the kids we serve. We realized, though, we could serve others too, using the resources we already have. With that idea in mind, our Eagle Village Retreats were born- giving us a chance to offer opportunities for the community like our Stay & Ski Package.
The Ski Weekend at Eagle Village is a great way to get some time away with your Scout group, church youth group, or team. The all-inclusive package includes overnight accommodations at Eagle Village, 4 meals, 2 snacks, a full day of skiing at Caberfae Peaks, with ski rental included, and access to indoor and outdoor activities on Eagle Village’s 681-acre campus.

SAMPLE SCHEDULE
A stay at Eagle Village can always be customized to your needs, but here is an example schedule to show you what your weekend could look like. Personalized schedules, mid-week options, and extended stay weekends are available; pricing varies.
Friday
- 8:00pm Group Arrival at Camp
- Evening snack provided
- Free-time activities and/or campfire available upon request
- 11pm-7am Quiet Hours
Saturday
- 7:15-7:45am Breakfast at Camp
- 8:00am Ski at Caberfae Peaks
- Caberfae provides lunch vouchers for use in their cafeteria
- Eagle Village provides packed dinner, drinks, plates, etc. (Group to provide own crock pot)
- 9:00pm Game room and/or free time activities and evening snack provided. Campfire available upon request.
- 11pm-7am Quiet Hours
Sunday
- 8:30-9:00am Breakfast at camp
- 9:15am Clean cabins and depart for home
ACTIVITIES & EXPERIENCES
Many of our free activities, including use of the game room, multi-purpose room with GaGa ball and 9 Square in the Air, and hiking trails are always available for use by guests during free times. In addition, snowshoes, equipment for broomball on our ice rink, and tubes for the tubing hill are available upon request and weather permitting. High Adventure activities in our indoor climbing facility may be available for an additional fee if scheduled in advance.
LODGING OPTIONS
THE PEAK
This 92-bed lodge has two separate wings with their own bathrooms and showers, a nurse’s station, large meeting room with fireplace, and two leader’s quarters. This facility is great for retreats, band camps, or teams.
ON-CAMPUS MOTEL
We have 20 motel units available. Each includes a personal shower and bathroom. We offer rooms with a double bed, two doubles, or a double and bunkbeds. The rooms do not have televisions.
MODERN CABINS
We have year-round options with bathrooms and showers in each unit. Sleeps up to 17 people.
RUSTIC CABINS
Depending on the adventure you seek, we have two rustic cabin options.
The first option has electricity and heat for year-round use.
The second option does not have heat or electricity and surrounds a pavilion.
Both sites have fire pits and outhouses just a short walk away.

SKIING AT CABERFAE PEAKS
Skiing for the weekend is provided by Caberfae Peaks, located a short drive away in Cadillac. Caberfae Peaks’ portion of the ski weekend includes lift tickets and rental for the day on Saturday, as well as vouchers for lunch in their cafeteria. Caberfae Peaks requires a minimum of 15 participants for this package.
Stay & Ski Packages require a two-step registration process. In addition to calling Eagle Village, call 231-862-3000 and register with the Caberfae Peaks’ Group Sales department. Payment is made separately to Caberfae Peaks ($75/person) and Eagle Village ($75/person).
