Brief Description of Duties
We are looking for an Accounting/Payroll Specialist who would be responsible for managing payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees, compile and file mandatory payroll reports and maintain compliance with all payroll laws and regulations. Additionally, we would expand the job to include other accounting responsibilities such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This candidate must have strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with computer skills. Lastly, this person must be able to communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels within the organization.

Brief Description of Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting preferred. 2-3 years of experience in non-profit bookkeeping and medical billing preferred. Working knowledge of basic accounting terminology and formats, proficiency in accuracy and spreadsheets, and organizational skills are required.
