At Eagle Village, we don’t just show up for a job—we show up for kids who need hope, healing, and a second chance. For over 55 years, we’ve been the place where transformation happens, where young lives take a turn for the better, and where families find the support they need. Nestled in the heart of Michigan’s woodlands, our campus is more than just a workplace—it’s a sanctuary for growth, resilience, and new beginnings. Every day, our team makes a lasting impact, guiding youth toward brighter futures through love, structure, and unwavering support. If you’re looking for a career with meaning, where your work truly matters, this is it. Join us in changing lives—one child at a time.
