This position requires a person who is energetic, enjoys genuine conversations and working with all types of people and is passionate about Eagle Village. This position includes traveling a minimum of three days per week, developing relationships with churches, colleges and any other groups that will assist in the recruitment of mission minded staff. This person will work together with the Vice President of Operations and Human Resource Department to recruit for current openings and also looking at future growth openings. This position will develop relationships with the incoming team members and assist with onboarding and continued training.

Brief Description on Any Preferences
A minimum of 2 years work experience as a Recruiter or Admissions Counselor with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Services, Education or other related degrees. The Recruitment Specialist must have a solid ability to conduct different types of interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, and in-person). Must have hands-on experience with software, database management, and internet search methods. The Recruitment Specialist must have excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, excellent people skills, strong decision making skills, strong writing and reading skills. The Recruitment Specialist must enjoy talking to and interfacing with people in addition to being available to travel and be gone over night for recruiting. Must have demonstrated computer skills and experience using Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, and other software applications. Must demonstrate ability to write correspondence.
