Brief Description of Duties

Residential Team Supervisors are responsible for Leading and coaching staff to ensure the therapeutic milieu developed by the treatment team are implemented. They help create a safe and healthy therapeutic environment for youth and staff. The Residential Team Supervisor facilitates all aspects of the mission and values of Eagle Village, while providing direct leadership, coaching and supervision of Youth Specialists and youth.

  • Be emotionally stable
  • Be 21 or older

Brief Description of Any Preferences

Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services related field with supervisory experience and two years’ experience in residential program environment preferred. Or a minimum of one of the following: Bachelor’s Degree with two years of experience in a residential program environment; or two years of college in Human Service related field with three years’ experience in residential program environment or high school diploma with four years’ experience in a residential program environment.
