The Dining Services Coordinator accounts for the overall success of the daily kitchen operations. This position exhibits culinary talent by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. The Dining Services Coordinator works to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing financial performance in all areas of responsibility. They supervise all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high-quality product is produced. Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports. This role must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved. Areas of responsibility entail overseeing all food preparation areas (e.g., banquets, conferences, buffet & table dining, boxed/pack-out, school & employee cafeteria) and all support areas (e.g., dish room and purchasing).

Brief Description of Any Preferences
A Bachelor’s degree in a human services area is preferred, though not required. In-depth Eagle Village employee training in trauma informed care, crisis intervention, behavioral management, and verbal intervention is required upon employment.
