Food Service Specialist

Food Service Specialists serve guest groups and the kids of Eagle Village by:

  • Prepare and serve food in accordance with the menu and guidelines
  • Clean and care for the kitchen areas and equipment
  • Deliver food to different locations on campus
  • Coordinate daily meal prep
  • Multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Present a positive and professional attitude to our campers and guest groups
  • Work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
  • Work about 24-32 hours weekly depending on the client load
  • Positions available in both part-time and seasonal

We need adults who:

  • Like kids and teenagers and believe they have value, even when they are struggling
  • Are responsible, trustworthy, and patient
  • Work well in high-stress situations

We require adults to:

  • Have good moral character
  • Be emotionally stable
  • Be 21 or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Have a valid Michigan driver’s license and good driving record

Individuals with a ServSafe certification and previous experience in food service are preferred.
