Food Service Specialists serve guest groups and the kids of Eagle Village by:
- Prepare and serve food in accordance with the menu and guidelines
- Clean and care for the kitchen areas and equipment
- Deliver food to different locations on campus
- Coordinate daily meal prep
- Multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Present a positive and professional attitude to our campers and guest groups
- Work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
- Work about 24-32 hours weekly depending on the client load
- Positions available in both part-time and seasonal
We need adults who:
- Like kids and teenagers and believe they have value, even when they are struggling
- Are responsible, trustworthy, and patient
- Work well in high-stress situations
We require adults to:
- Have good moral character
- Be emotionally stable
- Be 21 or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Have a valid Michigan driver’s license and good driving record
Individuals with a ServSafe certification and previous experience in food service are preferred.
