Brief Description of Duties

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, scheduling and facilitating transportation for Residential and Community Services.  This role is also responsible for scheduling all open shifts, vacation requests, call-ins for Residential and Weekend Camps. The Staffing Coordinator will oversee vehicle key checkout and records on Eagle Village fleet as well as provide supervision of all transportation staff.  Facilitate all necessary training to all new employees that will be transporting youth.

Brief Description on Any Preferences

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Organization skills and attention to detail are required. Other responsibilities include multi-tasking, attention to detail when scheduling (i.e., providing the correct pick up and drop off times, addresses, phone numbers, etc.), the ability to focus on tasks despite working in a high traffic area, to problem solve and to be solution focused.
