The Experiential Program Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of therapeutic programming for residents at Eagle Village. This position leads the Experiential and Programming application in a team-based model alongside clinical and direct care team members using a breadth of modalities including adventure-based learning, experiential therapies and leisure programing options. Will oversee a team of Experiential Specialists and assist in their implementation of the program requirements, including supervision of their caseload documentation, implementation of experiential programming, intervention oversight, monthly specialized activities and daily therapeutic activities.

Brief Description of Any Preferences
Master’s Degree in the human service field with strong clinical skills preferred. In-depth Eagle Village employee training in trauma informed care, crisis intervention, behavioral management, and verbal intervention is required upon employment.
