The Independent Living Plus Program Manager provides direct supervision of staff and the students under their care and helps to support the development of community connections and independent living skills for students who are aging out of the system. The Independent Living Plus Program Manager is part of a treatment team that inspires students to resolve problems, achieve goals and make positive changes while maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home and community. The Independent Living Plus Program Manager helps to develop and implement goals and strategies for each student.

Brief Description on Any Preferences
Required minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related human services field from an accredited college or university with proper licensure and accreditation.
4 years of case management experience or equivalent OR a Master’s Degree and 2 years in the human services field or equivalent. Pre-Service Institute (PSI) training or Child Welfare Certificate preferred.
